An Allied-Health Assistant works alongside qualified professionals to help participants practise therapy goals and daily living strategies between appointments. This support helps reinforce therapy plans and encourages consistent progress.
An Allied Health Assistant NDIS provider helps participants practise therapy activities recommended by Speech Pathologists or Occupational Therapists. Regular practice improves skill development and supports long term therapy outcomes.
Yes. Participants can receive personalised NDIS support services Melbourne families rely on within their home or community. This allows skills to develop in familiar environments where everyday routines take place.
Many participants can access NDIS support services if their plan includes therapy related supports or assistance with daily living. Families can contact the team to discuss eligibility and referral options. We also offer the ability to pay privately.
Allied Health Assistance is provided under the guidance of a treating Allied Health Professional, who remains responsible for the participant’s therapy plan and clinical recommendations.
All For You Therapy holds its own relevant insurance for Allied Health Assistance and Support Work services. Treating professionals maintain their own professional insurance for the services they provide.
We only provide Allied Health Assistance where appropriate guidance, goals or recommendations are in place. Regular communication with the treating therapist will occur to help keep supports consistent, safe and goal focused.
The treating Allied Health Professional is responsible for assessment, therapy planning and clinical direction. We assist with implementing agreed supports through a therapy plan that is developed by the Allied Health Professional.
Yes, as AHA support is based on goals and strategies provided by a treating Allied Health Professional (AHP). If you do not currently have one, we are able to guide you toward local providers that we often work alongside.
